About Us
As the Managing Principal and Team Leader, Shuk is responsible for the development and execution of business strategies, marketing, and excellent customer service. Shuk has been servicing home buyers and sellers for the past 10 years.
Growing up in Seattle’s Chinatown-International District for 30 years, she attended Bailey Gatzert, Hamilton Middle School, Franklin High School and the University of Washington where she earned her Bachelors degree. After many years working for corporate (e.g. Cushman and Wakefield, Prudential, Keller Williams and Microsoft), Shuk now solely focuses on her love of real estate.
“My personal philosophy and real estate practices are centered on empathy. I grew up in low-income housing and helped my family make ends meet at an early age, so I faced all types of hardships and challenges. I enrolled in a financial education program in high school which introduced me about real estate. It became a priority to share what I knew about homeownership to relatives and friends. I have a passion to help people and in real estate, a real estate agent must have the knowledge, competence, and patience to guide Clients on how they can accomplish their real estate goals with a strategic plan that is personalized for them.
I work well under pressure and a creative problem-solver as I make it my goal to have the process be as seamless and joyous as it should be for my Clients. It also helps that I love negotiating even if it may seem like an impossibility to others. I helped my Clients sold their home for top dollar in the least amount of time and a track record to prove it. With me, my homebuyers successfully purchased their homes with favorable terms, and I also negotiated several short sales for Clients with multiple lienholders from being foreclosed.
Whether your purpose is homeownership, building wealth, or getting out of debt, I want to be the one to help you!
Shuk remains volunteering in the Seattle Chinatown’s-International District community. Shuk enjoys good dim sum and hiking with her friends, drinking coffee at Broadway Coffee or TP milk tea at TP Tea.
As Team Partner with Plumeria Homes, Mesa is responsible for the day-to-day business tasks. She is here to answer all your questions, take you to view any homes you would like to see, and also just to be an open-ear for anyone who wants to discuss the ups and downs of the home buying/selling process.
Mesa grew up north of Seattle in the city of Edmonds, WA. Born and raised in the Pacific Northwest, she attended Holy Names Academy and the University of Washington in Seattle where she graduated with a degree in Informatics. After working in many different jobs in marketing, tech, and even teaching business English in Korea, she decided to return home and pursue a career in real estate which is something that has always fascinated her.
As a homeowner herself, she understands how difficult and confusing the process can be. Especially without the support of a good agent, it was difficult to navigate everything. So it is important to her that she creates a relationship of trust with her clients, so they know that she is always looking out for them and has their best interests in mind, so that they can be at ease. Good communication is very important in this business, and Mesa is always available to answer any questions to make the process as seamless as possible.
In her free time, Mesa enjoys travelling, going to concerts, and eating delicious food! She still resides in the Edmonds area and can't see herself living anywhere other than the beautiful Pacific Northwest!
